What is the Wellbeing Service?

Irish Life works with your organisation to help employees lead healthier lives, supporting managers and employees to build a culture where everyone can thrive.

Five Steps to Wellbeing Success

We've developed a five-step framework for organisational health and wellbeing success.
•    Gain Insights
•    Wellbeing Vision
•    Design Solutions
•    Measurement
•    Optimise

Our team of experts will partner with you to deliver this framework and ultimately deliver wellbeing programmes that have a real and meaningful impact on the wellbeing of your people and the health of your organisation.

Our Approach

Our approach is informed by the latest wellbeing insights to address key health and wellbeing challenges in our working lives.

Our experienced team of Health and Wellbeing Consultants will work closely with you to understand the health of your people, set strategic objectives, and recommend bespoke solutions.

Our programmes involve a combination of lifestyle interventions designed to promote positive, long-term behavioural change.

Supported by our Scientific Advisory Council and delivered by a dedicated team of Irish Life Wellbeing consultants and affiliate partners.

Irish Life will provide your scheme with access to a Wellbeing Consultant from our Wellbeing Centre of Excellence. Consultant starts with a Workplace Wellbeing Assessment meeting with your scheme to understand your companies current Wellbeing initiatives and goals.

Using the assessment  we agree how best Irish Life can support your company's Wellbeing strategy. This is a long- term collaborative partnership informed by data and insights from Early Intervention Services and Income Protection Claims data.
