Contract Charge Review 2024 - Defined Contribution Pension Schemes

Under the terms of our workplace pension plan policy, Irish Life may apply a standard member contract charge in respect of each pension plan member.

With that in mind, Irish Life carries out an annual contract charge review to ensure it remains appropriate, considering price inflation and changes in the general business environment. 

Having concluded our 2023 contract charge review, we will be increasing our standard member contract charges by 3.9% for all applicable scheme renewals, which will be effective from August 1, 2024.

We will continue to review this going forward, considering the general rate of inflation and other key factors.
